Having a child with ADHD can be chaotic, frustrating, and test limits
of the most patient parent. Remember your child's behavior is not intentional and they
want to behave; sometimes their body and mind just doesn't allow

The Three R's: Routine, Rituals, Repetition. Routine: Have
specific times and routines for activities.
The manic episode is when the person can experience extreme highs in energy, possibly requiring little sleep or rest.

alcohol or drugs, spending sprees and even sexual promiscuity.
Racing thoughts, increased irritability and possible delusions of grandeur are some of the things
