  First off I would like to say wonderful blog! I had a quick
  question which I'd like to ask if you do not
  mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind
  before writing. I've had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
  I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?

  Hey there! This is kind of off topic but I need some help from an established blog.
  Is it tough to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast.
  I'm thinking about creating my own but I'm not sure where to start.
  Do you have any ideas or suggestions? Appreciate it
