  I’d like to begin by stating this is by no means any kind of promotion. This is just a raw personal story that I decided to share because it might help someone.

  That night, I realized that I had a problem. And more importantly, that I wanted to stop.
  It gave me tools that helped me take the initial move towards reclaiming my life.
  
  
  Since then, I’ve been clean for X months. I’ve started being honest again. It’s not easy.
  
  I still get the itch. But I’m staying strong.
